OVERVIEW OF THE ORDERING PROCESS:
Once you place your order, you’ll immediately receive an email confirmation with your order number. Within 24 hours you will receive the production mockup based on what you mocked up on the site. There you’ll have the opportunity to approve it, or make suggestions for changes and improvements (remember, all of your artwork for an order is FREE. We don’t charge for art design and prep!). Once you’ve approved the production mockup we will go into production. Remember, nothing goes into production without your approval!
ARTWORK:
What kind of artwork should I upload? The higher the resolution the better. AI or EPS files work the best.
Do you keep my art on file? Yes! We keep your artwork on file to make reordering and using your art on other products simple and easy!
Can I specify a PMS color for my print? Yes! When you are designing your product and you upload your image, there will be a pop up that asks how many colors are in your design and what those Pantone colors are. This section is optional and you are not required to input the pantone colors, but if you do, we will match it. If you decide not to input the pantone colors or don’t know them, we will match the colors as close as possible. Keep in mind there are a few products where, due to the limitations of the printing process, exact PMS matching isn’t possible. This information will be listed on each product page.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
How fast will I get my order? Production times are listed for every item on the site. This is the number of business days it takes to print your item after you’ve approved the production mockup. The number of days for delivery depends on the shipping method you choose. As part of the online order process we show you the shipping charges for ground shipment.
PAYMENT:
What type of payments do you accept? We have several payment options your company can choose from. We do accept all major forms of credit cards, or we can set you up on our Net30 terms if you fill out our credit terms application.

What if I receive more or less than I ordered? We charge you only for what you ordered. In the unlikely event we ship fewer than ordered, you’ll be charged only for what you received.
Can I cancel or change my order? You can cancel at any time prior to the order going into production. Once items have been imprinted with your logo, we can no longer accept a cancellation. If you need to change your order for any reason contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Will I see a proof before my order goes into production? Yes! We will never go into production until you have approved the production mockup.
Can I get a discount on super high volume? Absolutely! Contact us and we’ll see what we can do.
GUARANTEES:
What if I’m unhappy with my order? If you’re unhappy with your order because the product is defective or ‘not as promised’ or the imprint quality isn’t ‘spot on’ just contact your Representative and we’ll rerun your order or refund your money. We’ll even pay the shipping to get the problem product returned. We are in this for the long-haul and will work with you to be sure you’re 100% satisfied. Really!
